All our apartments are disinfected following the strictest hygiene and disinfection protocols

At Grupo SELECT we have always taken the utmost care in cleaning our apartments. For this reason, at a time that requires extreme hygiene measures, we have created an even stricter safety protocol:

Cleaning of apartments and common areas

• Cleaning staff provided with a mask and gloves.
• Ventilation of the apartment for a minimum period of 2 hours.
• Deep cleaning of the apartment using authorized disinfectant solutions with emphasis on contact surfaces such as knobs, countertops and furniture, handles, switches, kitchen utensils, remote control and climate control, intercoms, electrical appliances and keys.
• Increased cleaning in common areas and lifts with special attention to push buttons, knobs, keyboards and railings.
• Authorized external company with a protocol for compliance with anti-COVID-19 measures.

Laundry

• Transport and handling personnel provided with adequate individual protection measures.
• Separate guest laundry access.
• Delivery of clean clothes packed and insulated.
• Total separation between dirty and clean laundry circuit.
• Washing process with suitable programs and authorized disinfectant solutions.
• Washing, ironing, packaging and transport with automated processes.
• Authorized external company with a protocol for compliance with anti-COVID-19 measures.
